Sheetara is an AI-powered tool that converts images and PDF files into structured Excel spreadsheets. The free tier allows up to 3 conversions per day per user.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sheetara to:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. The spreadsheet output generated from your files belongs to you. Sheetara retains ownership of the Service, its design, and underlying technology.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sheetara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will be 100% accurate. Always review the output for accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheetara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any errors in AI-generated output.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
