Sheetara was built to solve a problem every office worker knows: stacks of paper documents — invoices, receipts, weight tickets, statements — that need to live in a spreadsheet but take hours to re-type. Traditional OCR tools require clean scans, fixed layouts, and a developer to maintain the extraction rules. We wanted something that just works, the way a person would.
We built Sheetara on top of a large multimodal language model that reads documents the way a human does — understanding context, correcting for rotation, decoding handwriting, and mapping values to the right columns regardless of where they appear on the page. No templates to configure, no per-format rules to write.
The free tier is open to anyone with no sign-up required. Pro plans are set up individually for businesses that need bulk processing, custom folder organisation, and automated report generation.Contact us to discuss what a Pro plan would look like for your workflow.
