- What file types are supported?
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC images and single- or multi-page PDFs. Rotation is corrected automatically — no need to straighten your scan before uploading.
- Why did my conversion fail?
- Make sure your file is a JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or PDF and is under 10 MB. Blurry or very low-contrast images may produce inaccurate results — try photographing in better lighting.
- How accurate is the extraction?
- Typically 95%+ on clean printed documents. Handwritten text is supported — block capitals work best. Uncertain values are preserved as-is so you can review them.
- Is my data stored?
- Uploaded files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after your download. Nothing is retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Does it work in other languages?
- Yes — Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, and most other major languages are supported without any extra configuration.
- How many free conversions do I get?
- 3 conversions per day on the free plan, resetting at midnight UTC. No account required.
- Can it read handwriting?
- Yes. Block letters convert reliably. Cursive may vary — good lighting and clear writing improve accuracy significantly.
- What if the output has errors?
- The .xlsx file is fully editable — fix any cell directly in Excel or Google Sheets. If a whole column is wrong you can re-run with a custom template.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes — fully responsive. Photograph a document, upload from your camera roll, and download the spreadsheet entirely from your phone browser.
